Camps and Excursions
Montmorency Secondary College offers students the opportunity to attend several camps during their time at the College. Our Year 7 Camp is an excellent environment for students to make new friends and become more familiar with our College community. The camp is essential to our transition program and has always been a highlight for Year 7 students.
In addition to this, from Year 8 onwards, we offer Outdoor Education as an elective, which includes adventure activities and camps throughout the year. These camps and activities provide opportunities for personal growth, skill development and team building.
We look forward to returning to offer further travel opportunities, including international trips. The College has previously run bi-annual overseas study opportunities to NASA Space Camp, Borneo Rainforest Tour, Japan and France and a planned study tour to New York.
We understand the important role camps and excursions play in the education and wellbeing of our students, and we are committed to offering students a broad range of experiences.
